Almost as great as buying collectibles is receiving them!
All drops will have a set timeframe between when the drop ends and redemption closes.
Timeframes will vary by drop, but expect anywhere from 1 to 10 years.
At the close of the redemption window, items will be shipped to your saved address or youβll be refunded based on the primary price, depending on the drop.
On a given product page, any product that is instant redeem, or has met its required threshold will be have a "redeem" button available.
When are drops Redeemable?
Immediate: If a drop has a minimum of 1, it means that it is already produced and ready for redemption immediately after the primary sale
Delayed: If a drop has a minimum, there will be an indication in the drop description around the lead time to produce the item. Redemptions will only open once DYLI has the items in its warehouse to guarantee quality and fulfillment
What if I bought a DYLI product on another platform?
If you made a purchase on Magic Eden or other third-party exchange, you can use it on DYLI by following the instructions at Importing Assets
Note: If you are redeeming a TCG product, you have some additional options!
Live Rips: For submitting sealed products to be ripped and digitized
Grading Submissions: To have raw cards graded at PSA or CGC
You can redeem products from a drop page or your profile. Your profile allows you to do bulk redemptions across products.
Redeem from your Profile
Please head to Collection Management for specific instructions for profile redemptions.
Redeem from a drop page
To redeem, you must select the number of items you plan to redeem and the size (if relevant).

After pressing redeem, you must input your shipping address and pay shipping. Note: Non-US redemptions will have the option of DDP or DDU. If you choose DDP, your redemption will arrive straight to your door. With DDU, you may have customs to pay before you can pick up your product.
Once shipping is paid, you will receive a confirmation and have the ability to view your order on your profile.
You will see this product appear in the "redeemed" section of your profile and a tracking number will populate as soon as it is available. See Your Profile to learn more about tracking your redemptions.

If for some reason your screen refreshes or you fail to complete your redemption after you begin one, you will be prompted to complete your redemption when you return to the page.
