To purchase a drop, navigate to a Drop Pages via search, explore, or a few other way detailed on the Marketplace page.
Once there, you can buy a drop in one of four ways: On primary or on secondary via a direct purchase, placing a bid, or winning a product from the DYTI Fair Drop queue. Learn more about each purchase type below:
Purchase Types
If a drop is active and has inventory available, you will have the option to "Buy Now." This is considered a primary purchase, because you are buying directly from the creator.
All secondary purchases are made with DYLI balance. Learn more about DYLI balance at DYLI Wallet.
If DYLI wallet is chosen and has insufficient funds, you will be prompted to top up using Moonpay. This flow is detailed at DYLI Wallet
Upon pressing purchase, you will receive a success notification, and the item will appear in your inventory.
If a drop has completed successfully and redemptions/sales are live, anyone with the item can list it on the marketplace. Those listings will appear on the drop page under "Listings"
You can use the buy button to buy the cheapest "Listing" or browse all and choose one. Secondary markets currently require that you use your DYLI balance. (Credit card coming soon!) Learn more about DYLI wallets here: DYLI Wallet
If DYLI wallet is chosen and has insufficient funds, you will be prompted to top up using Moonpay. This flow is detailed at DYLI Wallet
Upon pressing purchase, you will receive a success notification, and the item will appear in your inventory.
If a drop has completed successfully and redemptions/sales are live, anyone can submit an offer for an item by pressing "Place Offer".
Once you press the "Place Offer" button, you will need to input the price that you are willing to pay and how long you want your offer to be available.
Once you are comfortable with your offer, press "submit."
Please note that you can only make offers with your DYLI balance. If you have less than you need, you will be prompted to top up your account.
You can edit or cancel your offers at any point by pressing "edit" or "cancel" beside your offer in the "Offers" tab. See
Please note: while an offer is active, any holder of the item can accept it and instantly complete the sale. Please ensure you cancel offers that you do not want to execute.
Highly anticipated drops may choose to use the DYLI Fair Drop mechanic. Specific details around Fair Drop and how it works can be reviewed here: DYLI Fair Drops
DYLI Fair Drops require you to have the appropriate purchase amount in your DYLI balance. If you try to join a Fair Drop without enough cash on your account, you will be prompted to top up your account.
